Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 29 October 2026

Raj Laxmii Udaipur respects your right to control your personal information. If you have shared your details with us through our website, over the phone or on WhatsApp, you can ask us to delete them at any time by following the steps below.

How to request deletion

Use any one of these options:

1. Email: send an email to rajlaxudr@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Mention your name and the mobile / WhatsApp number you used with us.
2. WhatsApp: send the message DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp number +91-9784777155 from the number you want removed.
3. Phone: call us at +91-9784777155 or +91-9929994102 during business hours.

What happens next

• We may ask you to confirm your identity so that no one else can delete your data.
• We will confirm that we received your request within 7 days.
• We will complete the deletion within 30 days and let you know once it is done.

What will be deleted

• Your contact details (name, phone / WhatsApp number, email, address) from our customer records.
• Your WhatsApp chat history and inquiry details stored in our business management system.
• Your number will be removed from all WhatsApp reminders and messages.

What we may need to keep

Invoices and accounting records must be kept for the period required under Indian tax laws (including GST). These records will be kept only for that legal purpose and will not be used to contact you.

Please note that a copy of the messages you exchanged with us also remains in your own WhatsApp app. You can delete that chat yourself from WhatsApp.
