These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of rajlaxmiiudaipur.com and to the products and services provided by Raj Laxmii Udaipur ("we", "us", "our"), 04, Ashok Nagar, Road No.1, Near Fire Brigade Station, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. By using our website, placing an order or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We supply fire safety products and provide related services, including fire extinguisher supply, installation and refilling, fire alarm and detection systems, fire hydrant and sprinkler systems, fire door maintenance, fire risk assessments, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and fire safety training.

2. Quotations and orders

• Quotations are valid for the period mentioned on them, or 15 days if no period is mentioned.
• Prices, taxes (including GST) and delivery timelines are as stated in the quotation or invoice.
• An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing, by email or on WhatsApp.

3. Payments

Payment is due as per the terms written on the quotation or invoice. We may pause services or deliveries if payments are overdue.

4. Installation, refilling and maintenance

• You agree to give our staff safe and reasonable access to your premises at the agreed time.
• Service due dates (refilling, inspection, AMC renewal) are shared as reminders for your convenience. Keeping your equipment in working and compliant condition is your responsibility.
• Fire safety equipment must be used and maintained as per the manufacturer's instructions and applicable fire safety rules.

5. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Our workmanship is covered for the period stated on the invoice. Warranty does not cover misuse, tampering, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

6. WhatsApp and other communication

By sharing your mobile number with us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, email and WhatsApp about your inquiries, orders, invoices, payments and service reminders. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Fire safety equipment reduces risk but cannot eliminate it. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product or service concerned.

8. Website use

The content on this website is for general information. All logos, text and images belong to Raj Laxmii Udaipur or their respective owners and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
